Self-compassion and its relationship to creativity and innovation among middle school students

The study was conducted for the purpose of knowing the relationship of self-compassion to creativity and innovation among middle school students, and the current research community included middle school students in Baghdad for the academic year (2017-2018). The research sample consisted of (120) male and female students consisting of (60) male and (60) female students, and constituted approximately (15%) of the original community members. It was chosen by the random stratified method. The researcher for this study. As for the second measure, it is creativity and innovation prepared by (Kilford 1988). After applying the two tools, the results showed that the relationship between self-compassion, creativity and innovation is of a moral significance, and the nature of the relationship between the two variables and the (gender) variable is of a moral significance, as it was shown that the contribution of the variable (gender) was associated with a moral significance with self-sympathy, creativity and innovation.
